Blu-Beck

Lost in the wild nature of the Gallura, Poltu Quatu is one of the most charming resorts of the Costa Smeralda. It is home to a five-star resort owned by the 3-Michelin-stars, Bavarian chef, Heinz Beck who, in 2016, promoted the Heinz Beck Food Festival. In this occasion, the interiors of his Blu-Beck restaurant were renewed.
